At Least 40 T-Mobile Call Center Staff Facing Fraud Investigation

Two members of staff at a T-Mobile USA call center have been arrested on suspicion of fraud, and there is potential for up to 40 more arrests at the company.
The two people, based at Augusta's T-Mobile Call Center were reportedly arrested following an internal investigation by the company's loss prevention officer.
According to WJBF news, Kenneth Gorham and Shantae Evans are accused of helping more than forty employees file fraudulent claims to receive refunds on the cost of continued education classes that were not in fact attended by the claimants.
The claims are reported to be worth around $4,000-$5,000 per person.
